The entire staff at A&E and in the ENT department under very difficult circumstances because of strike action they were so very understaffed my heart went out to you all. But every single person without exception were professional, kind and my treatment has been exceptional. Special thanks to Abby the ENT doctor she made my procedure bearable and now I am all set to go home later today. The entire staff on ward 18 from the cleaning staff right through to the nurses , doctors and consultants you have all been amazing and I will be eternally grateful. Not everyone appreciates the hard work you do, but I do. I witnessed others that should have shown more gratitude during my wait to be assessed that's for sure a little patience goes a long way. Thank you to you all ,kindest regards Teresa Goodridge

The main event - Radiologist was quite inexperienced which meant the procedure was unnecessarily slow and painful compared to previous times. I will refuse this in the future. Otherwise - Some staff were incredibly kind and caring while others were down right rude and indifferent. I don't think they were deliberately ignorant - almost certainly a cultural thing. Hospital was clean and things seemed well organised with not too much hanging around for porters etc. Was surprised at how understaffed the ward was - one nurse and the rest were HCAs - talk about cutting safety down to the bone!

I stayed on ward 2 for a fortnight. The nurses and healthcare workers are absolutely fantastic and super sweet. I cannot thank them enough for all that they’ve done for me.

I'm 8weeks since I had my breast reduction and I couldn't be any more happier than I am now. It's has changed my life completely all thanks to Mr. Mahajan. I was very nervous about the whole procedure but felt relaxed after my first consultation with Mr. Mahajan and through out the procedure and post operation. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction and was assured of a fantastic end result which I must say is more than what I expected. Mr Mahajan was absolutely brilliant and would highly recommend him.

I find all the staff that looked after me very kind, caring and patient, I was taken in quite late at night and the A and E department was extremely busy, the nurses and Drs were absolutely rushed off their feet but still found time to listen and give comfort to those who were upset and in pain . All the while having to cope with drunken, abusive a drugged up people. They deserve a medal !!!!

The waiting time is ridiculous. Possibly need improving on this area.
