Would definitely recommend. Mr Tsang was very supportive and understanding at post op review, particularly as my recovery was slightly slower than expected. Personal touch really appreciated including a follow up phone call prior to discharge as I was struggling to attend follow up OPD due to work. The only improvement to my experience would have been to meet Mr Tsang prior to the day of surgery; this wasn't possible at first OPD due to an emergency which I completely understand. My first
OPD was of excellent quality with a Registrar, however it would have been preferable to have met my surgeon ahead of the day of surgery from a confidence perspective. Have had great outcome and feel very appreciative to have had great care.

Right from our first meeting he showed great understanding of my condition, which is not an overly common one - achalasia. He explained the cause and the alternatives for treating it in a manner which i could fully understand.
His manner and confidence was very reassuring and certainly helped with what was at the time quite a worrying situation for myself.
The operation was a complete success and has made a wonderful difference to my life.
Right from our first meeting Dr Tsang was very professional but was also very human and understanding which was a great comfort when you have never been in hospital let alone had an operation.

Mr Tsang is a very kind, understanding doctor who inherited my case. He immediately intervened and sorted the situation with excellent results.
I do not think that he should change anything. Excellence cannot be bettered.

A very caring consultant who steped in at the right time to sort out the situation, with a very satisfactory result.
