Mr Sepahi made it clear to me, the first time we met, the possible outcomes of surgery. On subsequent meetings he has noted my concerns and monitored my progress since September 2021. He has been clear and provided me with information that allowed me to make a decision regarding possible surgery. At our last meeting In January 2022 he gave me his expert opinion that surgery was avoidable. I appreciated his advice and would seek to consult with him further should I have the need to.
