I have been suffering for years from back pain and numbness in my right leg when walking and was referred to Chase Farm Hospital. I have had several injections in my spine which relieved the pain for years but then stopped working. It was decided that an operation was the next stage to increase the narrow channel for my spinal cord which was being compressed and causing the pain I was experiencing. Because of Covid it was some time before my date for the operation. Before the operation Mr Dudhniwala explained the risks to me very thoroughly and listened patiently to my reservations. The operation went ahead and I had six screws inserted into my spine, I didn't feel a thing and the next thing I knew was waking up in bed in a private room. After a few hours I was up and walking around the ward with a little discomfort but no pain. Mr Dudhniwala visited me shortly after the operation to let me know all had gone well. I have just had a follow up appointment and he showed me where the screws had been placed and explained what had been done during the op and how to go forward. I found him to be friendly, efficient and caring and would recommend him to anybody for the same operation I had

I was referred to Mr Dudhniwala by my Gp which gave me several choices of consultant, i chose Mr Dudhniwala and from the very first meeting i was placed at ease he has been thorough and explained the process in every way through my treatment plan MRI, medication, physio, and pain block injections. He is kind, understanding and most of all he listens and acts from my comments. I am totally happy but most of all grateful for such kindness and he is gentleman. Kind Rregards Steve Foreman

Managed to get relief for my sciatica caused by a disc herniation with an epidural injection. Doctor was really good in recommending options and walking me through all the pros and cons of the injection. Procedure itself was done very professionally and I managed to get relief within a few days.
