This is my second round of breast cancer, but the first time with Ms Williams. I can’t compliment Ms Williams enough with her before, during and after care. Although there’s still a way to go, I feel safe knowing I’m in capable hands.

As soon as I saw Samantha Williams and was given my diagnosis, I felt I could trust her implicitly. She had time to listen and gave me all of the options available. I was successful treated and am now out the other side. Samantha certainly made a difficult time easier, especially during the pandemic when I had to attend all appointments alone.

I would thoroughly recommend Miss Williams. She was very warm and welcoming and had a very reassuring 'bedside manner'. She was very thorough with her investigation and explained my medical problem, reassuring me that it was not serious.

Dr Williams is a brilliant surgeon and a very caring person. She safely and skillfully navigated me through my second operation. Not only has Dr Williams saved my life but she has also made my life so much better. I am very grateful to all of the team and am very lucky to have such an excellent doctor as my surgeon. Doctor Sam was extremely comfortable to talk to. She provided the much needed confidence to us with regards to the possible treatment that gave us great assurance.
