Samantha Williams is a very caring, professional consultant. The operation she performed on me after my diagnosis of breast cancer showed her wonderful skills as a surgeon, I have not only ended up with a breast reduction but I would consider it a breast improvement. Her bedside manner is second to none. I felt comfortable asking her questions even though some were irrational and had obvious answers. As a person who is very frightened of hospitals I feel comfortable attending for my next operation knowing that she will be performing the surgery and that I am in such capable hands. She certainly is a credit to her profession and the wonderful NHS.

I felt that I was in very capable hands right from the start and having just been diagnosed with breast cancer that really helped. Everything was explained in full and no question was ever too much bother no matter how silly I thought it was. She instilled confidence and trust and also had time to answer my husbands questions too which helped him so much as he sometimes felt forgotten about with the focus being on me. When I go back to have the other side done I will know I am in very capable hands and will have no worries about the procedure at all. Less stress is half the battle and I am sure it helped my recovery no end to feel confident in my surgeon. She made me feel very at ease with it all and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Samantha Williams was very professional and caring in her dealings with me. She explained things to me and listened to my concerns, some of which were totally irrational, however at no time did I feel uncomfortable asking what concerned me. I would thoroughly recommend Samantha, she is an outstanding doctor and wonderful person.

She is very approachable and was happy to clarify any questions I raised. I have no concerns regarding my surgeries and have found her after care/follow up without fault.
