The care I received from Miss Williams was superb.She explained what was going to happen every step of the way, answering all my questions and making sure I was happy. Ms Samantha Williams is a credit to the NHS. She is incredibly empathetic and able to see the human behind her patients, which is so important for a good outcome for everyone involved. She has had my back throughout my diagnosis and treatment and that is all I could have asked for. Add to this her surgery skills, attention to detail, gentleness and many others qualities I haven’t mentioned and you have the perfect combination of an excellent surgeon/consultant.

I cannot express my gratitude enough. The professionalism was 100%. Ms Williams caring, enthusiasm and perfectionism was absolutely unbelievable and it was obviously infectious as all her staff had the same work ethic. On what was a horrendous diagnosis ( breast cancer ) Ms Williams put myself and my husband at total ease, any questions, and there were many, were answered , nothing was too much trouble. To say Ms Williams is a credit to the NHS is an absolute understatement. We can only thank Ms Williams very very much
