I have seen dr vellayan on 2 to 3 occasions and been treated for a condition I had by her. I found her to be very thorough and professional with a great bedside manner. I would definitely recommend DR vellayan for any gyne related issues.

I am currently receiving advice and treatment for a number of medical issues from Dr Vellayan. She is extremely approachable and empathetic. In addition to the informative face to face consultations, Dr Vellayan has also taken the time to answer a number of additional emails when I have needed clarification or reassurance and sent me additional information to help me make fully informed decisions. Dr Vellayan has not only taken into account some of the debilitating symptoms I was experiencing in order to continue to work and normal every day life, but in addition the affect my symptoms have had on me as an athlete and my ability to exercise to a high level.

Dr Vellayan was the first Doctor to listen to me and believe me. I was struggling so much and was able to see her very quickly for a consultation. I have been suffering for years as a result of my hormones to the point I had lost my job and was suicidal every month. She listened to me, made sure she called when she said she would, amended my treatment and advocated for me with other health professionals when they wouldn’t listen. This consultant went above and beyond for me to ensure that I got great care. I cannot thank her enough for her professionalism, kindness, knowledge and support. She puts her patients first at all times and I felt at the centre of everything. I cannot thank her enough.

Dr Vellayan has been fantastic with me. I am not the easiest of patients as I’m really scared of medical procedures, however Dr Vellayan was with me every step of the way. I had my fair share of operations last year for a condition which was really impacting my life, not only did Dr Vellayan explain thoroughly what the procedures involved, she was emotionally very kind, considerate and supportive and always listened to what I had to say. In addition I was able to email her for advice when required and in those times it was so reassuring to know she was there. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Vellayan to anyone else needing treatment.
