Very good at making you feel at ease in such a nervous situation I was in very helpful professional and understanding, thank you
This was my first time in meeting with Miss K Mc Carthy..
She knew some of my history as I had been referred by my consultant. She listened to my comments, was understanding and caring.
She suggested a few additional treatments, which may be of use to me.
The clinic I saw her at was very small and busy.
It was running over an hour late snd having travelled a long way this added to my long day.
It is difficult to think how the team could have done better. Everyone was friendly, kind and professional. Miss McCarthy went out of her way to answer questions I had after the procedure.
All good.
Mine was a total experience; a lovely caring and respectful team from start to finish - including this doctor - making the procedure much less stressful than I had imagined.
I was given an "all clear" whilst still on the table but. given the technical summary form provided prior to discharge, I would have appreciated a shorty time time with the Doc to have some understanding of the comments. (on-line info was only of limited help). The recommendation question is left blank as I never recommend any person or service, I am happy to talk about my experience but notinfluence others.
