I cannot express how happy I was the day Elena Pappa walked in the room I was being seen in at queens hospital and saw me. Before this I had been clinically neglected on a massive scale and lost all hope and faith I was ever going to get better. I was on the verge of a mental breakdown from being passed from pillar to post and nobody taking (nor wanting to) control of my condition. Elena papa immediately recognised the seriousness of what was happening to me and literally saved my face. I had something breaking out on my face and getting worse by the day my face was completely disfigured. She booked me in for all the right tests biopsies got second opinions on treatments I needed and I started to see a change and get better. I was pregnant at the time also and miss pappa made me feel such at ease and the trust I have in this woman is unreal. The care she gives her patients is second to none and I cannot recommend or thank her enough. I spent 5 months not being able to leave my house before she came alone so in my eyes she saved my life. :)

She explained things in a way that did not scare me. Assured me that it will be okay. Although it was a somewhat short notice that my surgery was going to happen soon, Miss Pappa had comforted me and understood the worries I had. She is a very wonderful surgeon and handled my case in a fast and professional manner. The team who coordinated my orthodontics and maxillofacial treatment have handled my case and care amazingly. I am glad that the surgery has been done and without a doubt endlessly grateful for the patience and kindness that has been given to me throughout the whole time I was being seen.

Miss Pappa saw me when I had a terrible mouth condition that incapacitated me. As I was very apprehensive about it recurring, she gave me peace of mind that if it were to, I can call in and I will be taken care of. All around, I couldn't have asked formore comprehensive care and attention. If only everyone kept communication like this. Thank you so much

I was recently put under the care of Miss Pappa from the Max-Fax team at Queens Hospital as I required further surgery to deal with an issue which had arisen from a previous surgery- which was performed by a different doctor. Miss Pappa did her best to reassure me before my surgery (which was difficult because I was quite stressed about it) and she took the time to explain to me about the surgery and what may happen/ the different options so I fully understood what was happening. I was booked in for my surgery quickly after the issue was picked up and I was taken care of wonderfully by Miss Pappa and the team throughout. Three months on from the surgery, everything has heeled very well and I’ve had no issues, I have also had a follow up appointment with Miss Pappa to double check everything. I am very happy with the excellent service I have received so again, a big thank you!!!
