I was recently put under the care of Miss Pappa from the Max-Fax team at Queens Hospital as I required further surgery to deal with an issue which had arisen from a previous surgery- which was performed by a different doctor.
Miss Pappa did her best to reassure me before my surgery (which was difficult because I was quite stressed about it) and she took the time to explain to me about the surgery and what may happen/ the different options so I fully understood what was happening.
I was booked in for my surgery quickly after the issue was picked up and I was taken care of wonderfully by Miss Pappa and the team throughout.
Three months on from the surgery, everything has heeled very well and I’ve had no issues, I have also had a follow up appointment with Miss Pappa to double check everything.
I am very happy with the excellent service I have received so again, a big thank you!!!
