Clare was very personable, friendly and her explanations of proceedure were really well described. I felt I could ask anything and really understand what they were going to do in the operation and post op what they had done. I was also able to ask advice on care after the op. We hope that if further surgery is ever required that she is our doctor!

Dr Rees took the time to listen to our post op experiences with our baby son as well as make a direct examination.

My son has surgery just after Christmas and unfortunately his wound was not healing as well it should have done. I must say the service at the Royal London is exceptionally good my son was seen very quickly he had a twisted tezticle that had to be removed. In the new year we returned to the hospital because the wound was not healing as well expected Dr Rees was very professional and assuring and carried out the procedure to reopen the wound and stitch it again. Dr Rees explained the procedure and after care it a straight forward way. I was impressed with speed and efficiently that she took to ensure no more discomfort to my. Child she is an excellent doctor in my opinion and brings great credit to the hospital's reputation for excellent patient care.

Our 20 month old son needs to have an operation on his testicles. Dr Rees took the time to explain to us what was happening, why it was happening, and what needs to be done to rectify it. She patiently answered ALL of our questions, and we asked a fair few! This greatly reassured us about the whole situation, and although as parents we will always worry about our child having to have an operation, we are as happy with the situation as we can be.
