I received excellent care before, during and after operation. Miss Shah explained everything was very sympathetic and genuinely seemed to care. I was very nervous about having operation but was reassured as Miss Shah is very thorough and made me feel like I would be safe in her hands. Everything was fully explained to me before op. The holy was a clean and comfortable hospital to be in. In fact didn't really feel like hospital at all. Rooms were pleasant with own shower room facility and all staff that came in were caring friendly and checked on me frequently after op and again genuinely seemed happy to help answer questions and try to make you more comfortable. Food was also excellent - nutritious and very generous. After I went home I rang to check something of concern to which I received a prompt phone call back and the person actually spoke to Miss Shah and called me back to let me know her advice. . Would highly recommend Miss Shah and the Holy as a hospital.

Dr Shah explained to me what she was going to do with me before I had my operation. she assured me that I would be ok. Dr Shah was also very patient with me, as i bombarded her with numerous questions as I was quite anxious with my procedure. Dr Shah was very professional and I am very grateful with the way she handled my case. she came to give me a feed back on the same day later in the ward and she assured that I would be ok. Dr Shah kept track of my recovery by daily contact with staff and also visiting me while in hospital. During my post operation appointment, Dr shah explained what she did and also explained the effects of the surgery. I would recommend her to anyone suffering from a gynecological issue, as she is very professional and caring at the same time.
