Very friendly and unlike most doctors read my file before calling me so had an understanding regarding me, she was very knowledgeable, very reassuring that she would do all she could to help me even though it was late Thursday with the weekend coming. Made me feel relaxed and not at all rushed, was a pleasure to have meet her.

Dr Moldovan was great. She listened and asked lots of questions before doing a physical examination. She talked me through the next steps and explained everything thoroughly. She was extremely pleasant and polite.

Prior to the appointment, I was incredibly worried about not being taken seriously. I shouldn’t have worried: Dr Moldovan was caring, patient and kind. She listened to all my concerns and supported me as I began to break down. I truly felt that I was cared for, and that my health was her priority. She explained every step of the process that I would be going through, which meant I left the surgery feeling at ease. I hope that all my future appointments are with this excellent doctor.

I found Dr Moldovan to. be very professional and caring. She asked her questions in a clear manner, listened to my replies and did her examinations in a thorough manner. I felt very reassured by her manner- which reduced my anxiety regarding the reason I went to the doctors. I thought she went the extra mile by giving some medical advice on a related issue. In my case I’m to be seen by a specialist as a precautionary matter. My experience was a very good one and I hope that in the future She is the doctor I see at my doctors surgery.
