I have seen Dr Hasafa twice in a few months and will try to see her again in future when I need to see a GP. She listened to me patiently when I first had multiple issues to discuss. She recommended tests and made a referral. When I saw her again, she remembered what we had discussed and progressed her advice. I felt I could trust her, she was listening to me, she was not judgemental and she was sensitive.

I was quite upset when my previous doctor moved to another practice, and consequently somewhat ambivalent about meeting a new one. However, the day came when I felt I could put it off no longer, and how glad I am that I met Dr Hasafa. Far from dismissing my problems as to be expected at my age, she diagnosed a specific problem, prescribed and within 48 hours it was as if I had got my life back, free from pain and with more energy and much improved mobility. She has since been tenacious in helping me be free of a fairly longstanding infection. Dr Hasafa is very approachable. She has a pleasant manner and a sense of humour and her care and concern are evident. I feel engaged with the treatment and she speaks to me as to a fully functioning adult. All this (though good in a doctor!) would not be enough in itself, but combined with what seem to me real skills in diagnosis and treatment planning makes Dr Hasafa a truly good doctor. It will be a sad day if she leaves Whitle Villa.

Dr Hasafa was a friendly very approachable Dr, she listened to all my worries and didn't make me feel rushed, i hope she intends to stay at Whitley villa surgery as I would see her every time she is a great asset to the surgery

A doctor who asks the questions and probes the answers with clear and concise replies in non medical terms with a relaxed, friendly and profressional approach. From the doctors point of view, I question how managable the 10 minute slot per patient is.
