I have seen countless doctors, nurses and consultants and have always left appointments feeling either confused, not really listened to or that nothing has been done. When I sore Dr. Patel he was very easy to talk to, he clearly wanted to help and listened intently to my concerns. He was very honest with me also, due to the amount of investigations I have had, there isn’t a lot open to me. However, he was forthright in what he thought the remaining options were and has put a clear plan in place. During his examination of me he put me at ease and remained professional and informative throughout. I would definitely see Dr. Patel again as his approach and standard of care, I feel, were above reproach!

Very helpful with practical advice. Listened well and attended to my 2 year old’s needs properly. Suggestions wise, maybe keep stickers or incentives for the children to build their confidence with the doctors.

Dr Patel really took the time out to listen to my concerns and really cared about getting a solution to my problem. He made me feel very comfortable and was great with getting in touch following results of blood tests that were taken at the surgery with details on what medication was required. He was extremely polite and professional throughout all of his interactions.
