Tim and his assistant, Dr Anita were helpful.
For example, they allowed me to read in meetings what I had written in preparation.
Not only did they listen but they addressed my concerns appropriately.
They worked with me and the others involved as part of a team.
I appreciated all this greatly.

He listens to staff and patients. He is reliable and always turns up on time. He advocates for patient's rights and is always keen for them not to be stigmatized for mental illness and treated as individuals.
He genuinely carers and is knowledgeable and is our favourite.
