this is my second time of being treated by Dr Millwood he is always attentative and easily understands what i am trying to tell him. I feel very safe under his care and have nothing but praise for his professionism i would advise any body who is suffering to be seen by Dr Millwood

Dr Millward first saw me when I was acutely unwell. I have been under his care for the last 2 years. He is empathic, a good listener and always made me feel safe. I felt comfortable to discuss any aspect of my care with him. When my medication needed adjusting, he gave me all the relevant information and included me in the decision making process. I will always be thankful to Dr Millward for helping me through a difficult time in my life.

The care I received from the doctors and staff in the hospitals at Berrywood and at Danetre was fantastic, including the additional help I received from my allocated care worker who made regular home visits to check onmy progress. It is therefore very difficult to make any suggestions for improvement, as I and my husband are both very pleased with all aspects of my treatment.

Approached our daughter's illness with an open mind and determination to try to understand its cause. He listened to us and took time to develop a relationship with his patient. His approach was refreshing having dealt with psychiatrists previously who were concerned mostly with their reputation.
