27th June 2019

Dr Clark was recommended by a friend of mine with an NHS history. Dr Clark was very kind and patient with my elderly mother, who is showing signs of dementia. He coaxed her into answering questions and did his best to put her at her ease. He was generous with his time and did not push us out of the door the minute our time was up. He offered further assistance, but recommended that we proceed through the NHS at less cost to ourselves. It is a sad reflection of the times that patients feel they have to pay for the care and attention that should, and probably would, be offered by GPs if they had more than ten minutes for appointments.
