I liked the level of explanation given and was immediately put at ease entering the procedure room. Dr Thines explained everything in detail and was very engaging throughout the procedure. It makes a nice change to be kept in the loop about your body and what is going on inside it!

Absolutely lovely doctor, could not recommend him more. Made me feel very comfortable and did not feel like an intrusive or embarrassing procedure. Loved the fact I was asked if I’d like them to play music during the procedure and they made conversation throughout. Thank you so much!

The Dr explained what was happening before, during and after the procedure. They were encouraging and calm and understood my worries. By explaining the different stages of the procedure as they went along, I felt better knowing what was happening. Afterwards the Dr came and explained the results etc. Patient seen at Hemel Hempstead clinic.

Doctor made me feel at ease and explained everything to make me feel more relaxed as was feeling a little nervous but he was clear very kind and all the staff were amazing and so kind and friendly Great team thank you
