Dr Thines Karunakaran introduced himself and explained the procedure. He was encouraging even when it was very uncomfortable reassuring me that it was almost done and that i was doing well. He explained after the procedure what he had discovered about my symptoms and the cause and in addition as I was recovering he came and explained the report that he personally gave to me. He had a lovely and polite manner and I felt in good hands and that he was competent in what he was doing.

The doctor had a big smile which put me at ease. He talked me through exactly what was going to happen which gave me great confidence in him m. Afterwards he came and explained my results and answered my questions. I’m very grateful for his kind care.
