Dr Syed is a very passionate doctor. He really puts the effort In looking into potential cause of my medical issues and also explains preventative measures. He also cares to share other ways to keep healthy and is really nice to have a doctor that genuinely cares about his patients well being. Very pleased he has joined my surgery.

I have been fortunate enough to have had 2 face to face consultations and 3 telephone consultations with Dr Syed. I know GP’s are stretched and pushed for time however, I have never felt rushed . I felt great empathy and a desire to get to the bottom of my presenting symptoms. Dr Syed is very approachable and humorous whilst maintaining professional boundaries. He answered all my questions in a way that a lay person understands. He may also suggest non medical interventions eg pod casts. I feel he has a wholistic approach which I really appreciate. Would I recommend him. Certainly.

This GP listened, gave me time to express my anxieties and answered questions about the biopsy I had received. He had read my notes before I visited) a rare occurrence) and was able to answer my questions In a clear way, so as I could understand. This GP was a Locum GP and couldn't have been more helpful. I would definitely recommend him wholeheartedly and only wish that Lordswood surgery could keep him on.. They certainly need new and energetic and enthusiastic GPS there.
