Initial contact. Good eye contact and 'how can I help you' After that: a) Failed to listen b) Spoke over us c) Completely failed to comprehend what we were saying. d) Had booked this appointment as the Consultant currently treating my wife had clearly stated 'If there are any problems please contact my Secretary. Did this. Asked for referral to be faxed over to the |Consultants Secretary - after much (and I mean much!!) trying to explain - eventually agreed to do this. Only time will tell if we get a quick appointment or whether we again have to join the 'cattle' train and go through the interminable week after week wait whilst being in constant excruciating pain!! Will definitely NOT be consulting this young lady again. My good wishes are to her and I trust that she will become a useful GP in the future
