What a fantastic doctor. Listened to me and took my requirements seriously.....a dr that actually listened to my menopause problems and understood ...he reviewed my hrt and suggested changes as well as giving me some self help advise via videos. He was also very encouraging re the changes i have made to my lifestyle. Didn't feel at all rushed. Let's hope Dr Arief stays at the surgery and I will definitely request him. A really uplifting appointment...thank you

Dr. Arief was completely professional and very respectful. I very strongly appreciate the fact that he remembered the existing medical issue from my previous appointment and inquired about it himself. This gave me much needed confidence and helped me speak about my mental health. I also appreciate the fact that Dr. Arief addressed my condition holistically introducing me to yoga, meditation and breathing techniques videos.
