Not all that easy, especially if you are shy and try and avoid telephones at all costs. But I imagine that is most services.

Would love more access to appointments on line so I didn't need to phone.

I’ve been a patient here for a very long time, I’ve never really had any problems in getting an appointment or talking to a doctor, even through the pandemic. The staff are always friendly and helpful, it’s a shame that Doctor Grocutt has retired but that’s life. We all have to adapt to change, whether we like it or not!!
