I have phoned 3 days continuously to get an appointment, there are never any available appointments on the day or to book in advance. How am I supposed to see a doctor, it's an appalling service

Terrible to get an appointment. Not helpful at all last surgery I would use if I had a choice. BUT when you do get to see a Dr they are great

Make getting appointments easier. Have 2 separate times you can ring in to get same day appointments 9am and 1pm Also have emergency walk in appointments

It's really hard to get through on the phone first thing in the morning but the reception staff are always polite and will always try and help if they can

Need a better phone service in the morning's as 2 receptionists is not enough with the amount of calls that they have

Id definitely recommend this surgery, the doctors are amazing and I dealt with a very helpful member of the reception team yesterday
