I am given great confidence in my medical treatment because of the candour, empathy and insight from Dr Rashid. Sharing in conversation with her colleagues, both in clinics and through liaisons with other departments, reinforces this sense of well-being in the midst of medical (and sometimes, social) problems. There is humour, too––at the right moments this greatly helps.
