I searched specifically for a MSK physician and luckily found Dr Robin Chatterjee. Dr Chatterjee listened very carefully to me throughout the very thorough consultation, addressing and clarifying my presenting problems. Dr Chatterjee is highly skilled at diagnosing multi factorial MSK problems, but I felt very included in the problem solving process. Dr Chatterjee has exceptional listening skills and explains his diagnostic reasoning very carefully to ensure understanding. I felt very respected, safe and cared for through all aspects of the consultation into the discussion of tests, scan results and treatment plan. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Chatterjee to anyone looking for a genuinely caring and highly skilled MSK expert.

He explained in great details the potential issues and performed an initial examination to understand where the problem might have lies. After the scan he was able to provide recommendation for treatments.

I have recently had the pleasure of consulting with Robin concerning my shoulder. I felt apprehensive as we were just emerging from lockdown and I had waited a long time for this appointment. The clinic was COVID compliant and I was immediately put at ease. Robin met me at the coffee machine and his face lit up from behind his mask. We took our coffees to his office and as we chatted I quickly relaxed. When he learnt that my husband had driven me that morning he immediately suggested he join us. Robin had studied my MRI results and explained carefully and in a very understandable way the 3 main problems that existed in my shoulder and the reason for my pain. He empathised with the shoulder difficulties I’d experienced over many years and particularly the last three months. He wanted to learn more about me and my medical history and listened intently as I cherished the opportunity to talk!! His approach was holistic and there forth he explained not only his recommendations for my shoulder but also flagged up further avenues for investigation. I was extremely fortunate that Robin had the time to administer a steroid and anaesthetic injection guided by ultrasound. Once again the procedure was explained, I was shown where the injection was needed and then indeed saw the injection placed in exactly the right spot. Robin is a consummate professional and it was, without doubt, the best consultative experience I have ever had. An engaging, kind, caring, informative, understanding gentleman who met me as an equal. As I left I said I wanted to give him a hug.............unfortunately social distancing prevailed.

I would highly recommend Dr Chatterjee, he explained everything I needed to understand really calmly and clearly so that I was able to understand my diagnosis whereas some other doctors can be confusing.

I have consulted Dr.Robin Chaterjee for my musculoskeletal problems. He spent quality time in clearly understanding my medical conditions and diagnosed the problems in the right step by step approach. During the treatment process, I was sharing few more additional body related issues with him. He referred me to the right medical specialist to get them treated as well. I am getting better gradually day by day with my body conditions post treatment. I would definitely recommend Dr.Robin Chaterjee.
