Richard has a fantastic knowledge of premature babies and has given my daughter the best start possible in life. I felt listened to and his examinations were very thorough. Richard takes the time to fully explain what is happening and why and I fully trust him with my daughters care. He also takes into consideration the whole family unit when working with families that have a poorly child. We couldn’t have asked for a better consultant and only wish we had him on speed dial!

My son went in for a follow up assessment regarding his heart today, Robert was absolutely amazing with both me and him, extremely patient, so kind and very interactive with my boy, he was super grouchy as just waking from a nap and Robert allowed videos, singing, let him have whatever he wanted to grab (within safety reason), I was amazed by the graciousness, especially being a young mum, he didn’t make me feel any less of a mother or any bit strange or judged, he even held my bubs while I gathered our things together so I wasn’t juggling ! Truly one of the most amazing paediatric doctors there could be, paid attention to my concerns and explained everything so well ! I hop Robert has an amazing rest of his career, amazing !
