Richard is very approachable and professional. He allowed me ask questions to do with his experience/others dealing with my experience and made me feel at ease. He was very easy to talk to and made sure to listen to what I was saying and make me feel heard. He has a pleasant and warm demeanour.

I found dr Richard to be very approaching, kind and considerate of the circumstances I was under. He took time to listen and understand what I had been dealing with over the years and continue to deal with and manage and give me the answer I had always craved as I knew something was wrong and ignored. I could not recommend dr Richard anymore if I tried and will be forever grateful for the time spent with me.
