A warm greeting and handshake from this doctor, who stood to meet me as I arrived, characterised my experience at this surgery. He listened intently as I described the minor surgery I was expecting, then instilling confidence as he explained the procedure . It was speedy and painless. And his nurse Julie was an encouraging and smiling assistant..... even laughing at the doctor’s jokes! Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

I was Instantly put totally at ease by Dr Knottenbelt, who explained my procedure to me before beginning, listened to my concerns, and treated me with great care and professionalism. His good humour and pleasantness, along with Nurse Julie’s, all helped to make my appointment a positive experience, which I hadn’t expected! I thoroughly recommend this surgeon, and am very grateful for the care and attention I received, and the fact that I wasn’t rushed, or treated as just the “next appointment!” What lovely people!

I had a minor surgery with Dr Knottenbelt and Nurse Julie, they both were extremely friendly, helpful and genuinely caring. They answered all my questions and where professionals throughout. It made such a difference to be in a relaxed environment with these lovley people. Could not fault their service and would reccomend to anyone. Thanks you to you both!
