I visited yesterday for minor treatment with Dr. Richard Knottenbelt and his assistant called Kerry. The procedure was minor but was helped with the care and helpfulness of both Dr. Knottenbelt and Kerry putting me at ease and cracking some jokes whilst there. I would highly recommend them both and they should be acknowledged for all their care, treatment and hard work they do for patients and the NHS, I cannot fault them at all.

I found Dr Richard Knottenbelt to be kind, caring, listened to everything I had to say giving me time to say it. He greeted me with a lovely smile and shook my hand. The interest he showed in my concerns gave me confidence in him. Best doctor I have ever seen.

Had occasion to see doctor knottenbelt after referral. Best doctor I have seen, listened, answered questions directly, and gave informative advice, diagnosis and care with a drop of humour. Long may he remain in practice !

The treatment and care my Son and I received today with Dr.Knottenbelt went above and beyond what we expected; he was very thorough and put us both at ease. We did not feel at all rushed and had ample time to cover our concerns (with a bit of humour thrown in!) We also had first class care with HCA Kerry who took my Sons blood. Despite the difficulties of getting an appointment at the Surgery due to the demands at the Practice, once we were seen, the care we received was first class.

What a gre at doctor best I've seen in a lo my time listened explained everything to me felt at ease totally recommended him will definitely see him again if I need too
