Dr Das has been treating me for the past 10 months since my original Oesophageal cancer spread to other parts of my body.
At this very difficult time Dr Das has been there for me. Nothing has been too much trouble and he remains in control no matter where he is. I have been admitted to hospital three times and he was always there. He answers all my questions fully and is always full of reassurance.
I recommend Dr Das and his team to anyone and everyone who needs his expertise. His compassion and care is second to none.

Dr Das has treated my dad following a cancer diagnosis 2 years ago. He has not only helped my dad during this frightening time but has reassured us all, listening to any worries we had, no matter how small. Dr Das always made us feel like individuals and we never felt rushed during the appointments.
He listens well, explains things really clearly and appears to genuinely care for his patients which has resulted in putting us at ease.
With his passion and knowledge in the work he does , Dr Das has always made me feel that my Dad has been in safe hands and given me the reassurance that he would give my dad the optimum chance of a successful outcome.

I have advanced prostrate cancer.Recently transferred to Dr. P.Das because I am part of the Stampede Trial.
I consider myself very fortunate to be one of his patients.
I find him kind,supportive and encouraging.
I am not spoken down to and feel included in my treatment plan.
All signs are positive at present but I realize in time things will change.
I have every confidence that Dr. Dad will always do his best for me. I am most grateful.

Doctor Das is a consultant that is clearly passionate about oncology with strong work ethics and exceptional knowledge in the sector in which he works.
Incomparable communication skills allowing him to place the patient at ease when apprising them of their condition.
Provides an honest prognosis and a clear plan of treatment whilst remaining empathetic to the patient’s needs.
My own personal experience has allowed me to remain 100% positive despite undergoing major surgery, radiotherapy and now chemotherapy, this only been possible from the care and support I have received from Doctor Das and his team.

Dr Das is Consultant Clinical Oncologist at Royal Derby Hospital and Honorary Assistant Professor University of Nottingham, School of Medicine.
Dr Das has been actively involved in various national and international clinical trials. He is a first author of a number of publications in peer-reviewed journals and also worked as reviewer in international journal. He has also contributed as author of Pocket Guide to Human Tumors and Cancer by CRC press USA.
