Very clear explanations, at an appropriate level, during the initial consultation. Follow-up tests arranged promptly and subsequent telephone communication prompt and effective. Can't suggest any areas for improvement. Thanks Oliver
Dr Cohen was precise in his explanation of my current situation regarding results relative to the present treatment that I have been undergoing and the potential need for switching to an alternative to trigger more positive reaction.
He was attentive when we asked for clarification on several points and explained in straightforward terms that satisfied our queries.
The only thing missing from the consultation was some of the results that we had hoped to find out e.g. MRI scan. This possibly being due to time of scan being done.
Dr Cohen was very patient and listened to the concerns of my mother and myself. He gave sound advice and is extremely professional but friendly too.
I have no hesitation in confirming that he was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional.
The National Amyloidosis Centre is well managed and organised. The staff is helpful and friendly.
My treatment over 3 days was carried out efficiently with minimal waiting times.
He explained clearly the results of my tests, and fully answered all my and my wife's questions. We felt confident that he understood my condition and was concerned to give me the best advice.
