One of the worst providers I have dealt with. As a physician myself, I had a close relative who had been under his care. Overall he was rude, dismissive and generally incompetent. He dealt with one of my relatives for 1 month and missed basic exam findings, including a skin abscess found by a cross coverage doctor which required urgent drainage. His explanations made no sense and he did not have any logic towards his plans. The worst part of dealing with him was his lack of general emotional intelligence. As a family member who expects empathy and some semblance of respect, Dr. Ahmed provided the opposite, constantly trying to talk over me, trying to talk down to me and never returning any of my phone calls. I'm not sure if its just his personality or him being lazy and unwilling to talk, but I certainly would never want to work for him or have any family members under his care.

I, John Busher, was seen at UCLH for leukaemia by Dr Ahmed. He listened to my problems and views with great understanding, encouraging me to keep a blood count diary and research my condition online. This differs from others whom I felt were condescending. For the first time in many years I am looking forward to meeting him again at my next appointment.
