always listens , did not rush me and answers in language that I can understand
Initially as I entered by the room I was breathless due to my condition. Dr Cohen allowed me appropriate time to recover before discussing important stuff and also allowed me time to ask any questions along the way and to make sure I was suitably ready to end the the appointment.
The care given by the centre was excellent and thorough throughout my visit and was very reassuring. This was then complimented by the consultation with the doctor that was empathetic, clear, understanding and extremely reassuring. The doctor's manner was such that I felt that I was being treated as a person and not just a patient and the clarity of explanation was excellent. The doctor was very professional and able to instil confidence whilst being human and approachable throughout
Dr Cohen was very thorough in his assessment of me. He was extremely thoughtful, caring and fully explained everything regarding my tests, results and condition.
He went into great detail about my diagnosis and future treatment. He was sympathetic and patient and very willing to answer all the questions I had.
