We have been very pleased with the care and attention that DR Ottayil has given to us since our son had his first seizure. He has listened to our son and has involved him in all the decisions that have had to be made. he has left no stone unturned in trying to find the cause of the seizures. He has worked very well with the specialist nurses, again working together to decide what has been best for our son. He has not be afraid to give advise and has helped us make the right decisions. hen our son was in hospital he didn't rush any consultations but took the time to explain things properly so we understood the effects medications and the reason for any further investigations. He also returned to see us when he said he would even though I believe much of this was outside of his actual working hours. He has also supported and encouraged our son with is education which I appreciate.
