Dr Ottayil is an extraordinary paediatrician. He cared for my 7 month old son, and displayed an enormous breadth of knowledge and skill. It was truly humbling to encounter someone so accomplished at their job. As an anxious parent, Dr Ottayil's professionalism was extremely appreciated. He engaged with me as a full person; warm and humane, taking his time to explain most likely scenarios and plans of action. I left feeling calm and reassured that everything is under control with Dr Ottayil. We're so lucky to have him in Chelmsford.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the incredible care provided by Dr. Mohammed in the (ANE) department. My son was suffering from severe stomach pain that had lasted for four agonising days. Consultant exhibited unmatched professionalism, expertise, and compassion from the moment we arrived. Not only did he conduct a thorough examination, but he also promptly diagnosed the issue and prescribed the necessary medication. What truly sets Dr. Mohammed apart is his exceptional bedside manner. He took the time to explain the diagnosis and treatment plan in a clear and understandable manner, easing our worries and concerns. Within just one day of following prescribed treatment, my son's condition improved dramatically, and his pain began to subside. Thank you.
