Dr Stoker was so welcoming and warm and I immediately felt at ease talking to him. He listened intently to everything I had to say and was sensitive and totally methodical in going through my expansive medical history as well as ascertaining the best course of action going forward. He was so easy to talk to and I felt completely comfortable talking to him about all aspects of my health, some particular areas of which were particularly personal and in some cases embarrassing. We went through every aspect of the anaesthetic process of my forthcoming treatment, as well as the after care procedures, and it totally reassured me that my anxieties about the operation were being taken completely seriously. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for a well-informed, kind, pragmatic and methodical clinician who pays attention to detail alongside first-class patient care.

Having never been under anaesthetic before and as someone who has spent most of their life petrified of needles, I was anxious and stressed. Dr Stoker was exceptional throughout my surgery- from the very reassuring first meeting through to the surgery prep and after care. He is extremely professional, calming and amiable and has a disposition which makes you feel in safe hands from first point of contact. I couldn’t offer any constructive suggestions as there is nothing I felt he could possibly improve on.
