Thank you so much for the feedback! I am so glad that you found the clinic being helpful. It also made me realize how important it is to actively listen to my patients, to address their concerns, to work around their agenda. Thank you and best wishes!

I felt my visit to see Dr Zhang was very useful to me. She was welcoming and listened to what I had to say about my problem. She understood my situation and made helpful answers to my questions. I left the hospital feeling as though I had learnt a lot about my situation. I was given a booklet to read and I have found it very helpful. Although I try hard to remember what is being said at consultations, it is very hard to remember everything. Dr Zhang has a very pleasant manner. I felt at ease during the whole time I was with her. Thank you.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave the feedback for me! I'm so glad to know I could help you in getting better understanding of your situation. Your comment also reminded me how important it is to listen to my patients and address their concerns. I will bring more booklets to my clinic to aid the education as well. Thank you again and best wishes to you!
