The doctor listened to my explanation of the symptoms I had been experiencing. She explained very clearly her interpretation of the test results and what that meant in terms of my condition. She then went on to explain the treatment she recommended. Everything was explained very clearly and she also answered my questions to my satisfaction.

I was given a very clear and detailed explanation of my condition and treatment which was very easy to take in. We had a very useful chat about lifestyle and planning for an improvement in my day to day way of life.

Thank you for the feedback. Your comment made me realize how important it is to listen to my patients, regrettably sometimes I didn't manage to do due to shortage of time, etc. I will keep on reminding myself to be the doctor my patients expected and rightfully deserve.
