Our whole experience from the beginning of my pregnancy to the after care once Jacob was born was absolutely fantastic! We couldn't have been looked after any better & every single person we dealt with was professional, friendly, caring & made our experience feel so personal. I'd like to personally mention Nikki our community midwife, Millie Duffey the midwife for our c section, Liz Kingston our anesthetist & Jackie on the postnatal ward as they were outstanding in every way & made our experience such a positive one! The hospital is unparalleled on cleanliness & service & I wouldnt hesitate to have another pregnancy there. Thank you so much

From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and kindness by the hospital staff on the maternity ward . Their genuine concern and attentiveness made me feel immediately at ease, reassuring me that I was in capable hands. Throughout my labor, the medical team demonstrated an unparalleled level of expertise and professionalism. They were not only well-versed in the medical aspects of childbirth but also displayed remarkable empathy and compassion. Their constant encouragement and unwavering support provided me with the strength and confidence I needed during such a significant moment in my life. thank you to Nicola B (midwife )and her team at delievery suite. x

Dr Liz Kingston and the team cared for us today at Whiston and we couldn’t fault anything they done from start to finish. We was the last elective section of the day, so had a lot of time sat round to worry and be nervous about what was happening. They very quickly helped us calm and settle into the birth and everything was so so relaxed and chilled throughout, setting my mind at ease. We really couldn’t of asked for anyone or a better team than what we had and the way they helped us throughout was faultless. We thank you from the bottoms of our hearts.

I can recommend Whiston hospital to anyone. The staff are caring and professional. The nurses are lovely and the care I received before and after surgery was second to none. The surgeons and anaesthetist were amazing. The ward was clean and the toilets spotless, I would tell anyone needing treatment to opt for Whiston Hospital.

Ayo has been a very inspiring consultant to work with and i have learnt a lot from my time with him. I really appreciate his goal to try and get us as juniors thinking more about each component that is necessary for a patient to receive great care. From working with the nurses on AMU as well, Ayo is consistently praised by them and really well respected. I hope I get the chance to work with him again.
