I had my surgery at Manchester Private (it is defaulting to St Helens). MPH was amazing- I’ve never been private before and it was such a good experience. The staff looked after me so well, I had Netflix and constants drinks and snacks. Thank you so much

Our whole experience from the beginning of my pregnancy to the after care once Jacob was born was absolutely fantastic! We couldn't have been looked after any better & every single person we dealt with was professional, friendly, caring & made our experience feel so personal. I'd like to personally mention Nikki our community midwife, Millie Duffey & Liz Kingston & Jackie on the postnatal ward as they were outstanding in every way! Thank you so much

Would highly recommend such a nice and polite surgeon looked after me from before and after care. I am so happy with my results I now feel so much more confident and couldn’t have ask for a better surgery. I was so worried about the operation and the surgeon reassured me all the way through and ensured I was happy throughout.

I chose this hospital to receive my care firstly because of the customer service I received while booking my consultation. The customer service agent I spoke to was fantastic I didn’t get that with alot of other hospitals I was booking consultations in. During my appointments the staff where fantastic, the receptionist talked to me while I waiting to go to my room reassuring me, the nurses where fantastic one of the lovely ladies even helped me get dressed after the surgery. A few members of staff from the kitchen came round making me toast and sandwiches always making sure I had water or a cup of tea. The anesthetist was so reassuring and professional and just a really nice man. I’m so glad I chose this hospital and surgeon I did. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back for more treatments or to recommend them to anybody

St Helens Hospital Amazing. Rang up 4 days after referral, only to be offered a next day appointment. At 8 am Saturday morning for an Ultrasound Abdomen. Staff were a pleasure to meet. Hospital and staff are a breath of fresh air. A Shining example of a UK NHS Hospital 5 stars.... Paul

Family member rang up a couple of days ago and was told they could go for blood tests today however when we arrived the receptionist said you need an appointment which wasn't stated on the phone call. After saying the blood tests were needed urgently they said there would be a 2 week wait which is unacceptable. If an appointment needs to be made it should be stated on the phone call NOT when you get to the clinic.

I would recommend St. Helens hospital as the treatment and care was excellent. It was very clean and was informed at all times of the information I needed. The only negative experience was the waiting times at the outpatient appointments as waited 1 hour and 10 minutes beyond my appointment time. I appreciate they are busy however it could be more efficiently organised.
