Jibin showed an in depth knowledge of my problem , was easy to talk with and all was explained in depth in a way that was understandable. After an MRI scan and a second consultation I received clear advise on the best way forward which left me more confident with my situation. I found Mr Francis pleasantly informal and attentive. He asked me a lot of questions about my medical history and made copious notes. ( In particiular he asked me about previous surgery, and after I left I realised I hadn't told him about a specific and important operation I'd had in my early 20's - which I will inform him about at my next appointment. This was my fault, not his.). He was sympathetic to my problem of claustrophobia and advised me of clinics offering MRI Open MRI scans. Overall he made me feel reassured that I was in the right hands.

Listened carefully, asked relevant pertinent questions and offered a way forward. After almost two years with both physical difficulties and intermittent, but regular pain and discomfort, I now have some hope for a correct diagnosis of the cause of the problems and possible resolutions to alleviate the symptoms.
