I went for appointment on the 18th January 2024 even though I didn’t get what I was expecting Mr Jibin Francis was so kind explaining everything and with comfort words. It wasn’t his fault that I didn’t get the date of my surgery but with his words I felt being cared.

I felt very well looked after and cared for by Mr Francis and cannot thank him enough for resolving the back pain I had been experiencing. I felt very confident having him as my neurosurgeon and would thoroughly recommend him to other patients.
