Dr Zoukos is a quiet respectful man, who is caring. If he thinks you are not following instructions he will say so. After a great many years of struggle I was referred to him and he very quickly diagnosed me. He managed something that many missed for a great many years. As far as I am concerned he is amazing. I hope he enjoys a wonderful retirement.

I am loath to criticise those in the health services but honestly after a consultation with this doctor I am mortified with the horrendous attitude, invalidation and general lack of care and empathy. I do not feel heard - I was referred (by my GP) to investigate a specific serious condition and Dr Zoukos spoke down to me, anything he wanted to say he'd talk to my husband rather than me and was generally very rude and dismissive. He made me feel as though I was making everything up, was very unprofessional and was reluctant to offer any solution (predetermined to this appointment). Do not recommend.

My father was reviewed this week by Dr Zoukos. He was so kind and patient and explained everything really clearly, we are very grateful to him.

I was reviewed privately by this doctor and I found him to be totally competent and caring. I would highly recommend him as health is about the diagnostics and he is excellent in this. His secretary is extremely helpful and during COVID she has answered her phone and managed to get things done for me. Thank you both.

My wife has a long standing neuro condition that appears to be getting worse. Dr Z didn't show any great interest in her symptoms and looked for a physical/structural cause. He dismissed her observations and didn't ask follow up questions. When an MRI didn't show anything he failed to arrange a follow up despite repeated contact - it is now several months after the scan. There is plenty of reputable material online including the NHS website which is a better match for her symptoms should he have taken the time to discuss them more thoroughly. Personally, I would struggle to trust this doctor's assessment and approach to care based on our experience.
