It was suggested that Pilates was recommended to help my condition. I responded by saying All i knew about Pilates was that is combined ballet and yoga, both of which I knew basics of and would I therefore be able to do these 2 forms of exercise. He did not respond to my question. As I left the receptionist seemed surprised that my paperwork stated not to book a next appointment. When I had my next GP appointment my Dr told me that he had received a letter stating that I had refused his recommendation and was being removed off rheumatology.
