Dr Helen Hayhoe was kind caring and professional. She not only gave me great understanding and care she also included my partner making sure we both were fully aware of what had happened to me. I can't think of any way she could improve as she was superb in every way.

Care by medical staff was excellent.Process through A&E was very slow 5hrs! When I was finally seen everything went well. I finally saw Dr Hayhoe Monday mid PM & was able to have an in depth conversation with her.My discharge was then organised.

Very approachable and a good listener. Clear explanation of my diagnosis and re-assuring, (and so far correct!) about outcome(i.e. speech back to normal and general improvement in well-being). Only reservation, which has nothing to do with Dr. Hayhoe, but which she may be able to do something about - 3 hour wait in discharge unit for report and prescription.
