Very approachable and a good listener. Clear explanation of my diagnosis and re-assuring, (and so far correct!) about outcome(i.e. speech back to normal and general improvement in well-being).
Only reservation, which has nothing to do with Dr. Hayhoe, but which she may be able to do something about - 3 hour wait in discharge unit for report and prescription.
