Dr Francesca Crawley

I visited Dr Crawley with my mother-in-law today. We found her to be a highly efficient, thorough and intelligent Doctor. What others who have reviewed may perceive to have been a lack of bedside manner, I recognise as a task oriented and very focused professional which is ultimately far more important than basic and often patronising niceties which serve no purpose. This Dr strikes me as the type who doesn't suffer fools and or time wasters and that is a very good thing in our opinion. My MIL and I were both happy with the service and care she received and can confidently say we trust this Dr implicitly going forward.

Saw Dr Crawley with my daughter today. She was very professional and so helpful. Had a lovely manner when dealing with us, and was very reassuring and knowledgeable. I am so happy we saw her and very grateful for her time. No hesitation in recommending her at all.

I am disgusted by the way I’ve been treated. I have waited 3 months for this appointment and have left feeling worse than I did going in. She is sarcastic and rude. She has no idea what she is talking about with chronic migraines and took none of my history in to account. She needs to get off her high horse and actually admit she messed up . I am scared there are doctors like this allowed to work in the trust. She should be ashamed in the care she is so called giving.

I was given the news of cervical narrowing in spine. GP explained what it was & frightened the life out of me.. Francesca rang me early in the morning to tell me all was well & no follow up or tests needed. I understood her explanation & was reassured She was so kind and patient as upset & relieved at the same time. She answered all my questions and went beyond my allotted 10minute allowed. Thank you

I can't express enough how disappointed I am that I end up seeing this doctor. She was very ignorant, sarcastic and totally failed in showing some empathy or willingness to establish some rapport She is everything a doctor should not be. Total waste of time.

it was only first visit, but i was put at ease and i left with the feeling that the correct things would be done .That means a lot to me so for that on its own i would recommend this doctor

My app was on time . I was given plenty of time to discuss any problems. All the staff that l met were helpful. Sorry that this feedback is rather late! My app was on wed may 15th.

Dr Crawley listened to my reasons for attending her clinic; she examined me and asked about my family history (whether any relatives exhibited the same symptoms). Her diagnosis was reassuring as was the whole experiance!

Dr Crawley, asked many questions, and more importantly listened and responded to my answers . Told me exactly what she believed the problem was, but added that she would run some tests to confirm her diagnosis. Her follow up letter came within days of the consultation. Finally, I was seen exactly on my appointment time.

She was very friendly, making you feel at ease and more importantly listened. I had every confidence in her.
