I meet Dr Crawley today for the first time. I was very nervouse as my previouse doctor had done nothing to help me and did not listen, Dr Crawley took her time with me tomake me feel comftable and make me realise that this is NOW and that was THEN and that she is a diffrant person and wont treat me the same, she was patient and kind to me and took the time to listen to me and didn't rush me at all. She realy listened t my needs and made suree that before I left all my neds where going to be looked into and addressed.

Dr Francesca Crawley was incredibly caring and friendly during my appointment at the West Suffolk hospital. For someone who has previously suffered anxiety problems It made a huge difference having a doctor who listened and talked with genuine care and understanding. She made me feel at ease and immediately relieved many of my worries and concerns whilst also giving important and helpful advice that many doctors hadn't. I am very grateful for the outstanding service I received.

dr crawley has been a great help and support to myself and partner since having a stroke in 2004.she listens and makes me feel very relaxed when i have to go and see her, which is usually every six months. she always offers good advice and has been really helpful when she referred me to other doctors for other treatment.

DOCTOR was only interested about if i was driving not my health was a total waste of time
