Having booked a £250 video consultation that only lasted minutes and was of little help at all I wrote it off a learning experience. Although willing to look at further tests for my issue he did not seem to want to pursue and as soon as the V word was mentioned there seemed to be little interest. My poor review is actually not about the service. As I say you learn and I would have just left it. It's really the fact that having paid in advance for the appointment via Top Doctors I have since been chased numerous times by the secretary of Dr Paviour for payment again! I have sent various replies confirming payment was made including extract from bank statements and confirmation via Top Doctors of payment. It's bad enough to have a poor experience but to then have this admin nonsense to deal with still almost a year later is ridiculous.

He was thorough in that he took a full history was patient and listened which is rare for a Neurologist
